Tips to stay happy and healthy during Ramadan
Start a new normal, but with old precautions
As MCO restrictions are being lifted, remember to follow “old precautions”. Continue good habits of regular hand-washing, maintaining physical distancing in public areas, avoiding mass gatherings, and leave home only when necessary.
Stay active with house chores
While it is important to exercise and stay physically fit, we must stay vigilant as restrictions on outdoor activities are lifted. Doing household chores is a great way to get your body moving. Make it a family activity and stay active together while staying at home.
Same-same but different
As restaurants reopen, it may be tempting to go out to buka puasa with friends and family. But remember, COVID19 is not gone yet. We should continue to stay home and only visit restaurants to take-away our meals, and iftar with our loved ones on video call or online.
Eat healthy, stay healthy
To keep healthy during this time, it is important to eat well. Cut down sugary, oily and processed food and as much as possible, eat food with fresh ingredients.
