A message from your Doctors, Nurses and Health Professionals on Moving Forward
Keeping Up with New Habits
Well done, Malaysians! Thank you for making a difference. You have all played your part to keep COVID-19 under control. However, the pandemic is not over yet. As we move forward, we must not forget the lessons we have learned. We are not going ‘back to normal’, we are building a ‘new normal’ together.

Keep practising new habits
Wash your hands with soap often, avoid touching your face and carry an alcohol-based hand sanitiser with you. Wear a face mask whenever you are out in public.

Maintain a safe distance from others
Although we can now go to public areas like malls, restaurants and retail outlets, avoid crowded and confined spaces, and close conversations. Continue to stay at least 1 metre away from others at all times.

Care for each other
Check on your loved ones and neighbours from time to time, and continue to support each other. Having a community to rely on will help us all better transition into the new normal.

Get Credible Information
Always check your sources when reading or sharing information on COVID-19. Reliable information can be found through the Ministry of Health, World Health Organisation and MHC member organisations. Verify news at www.sebenarnya.my.
